Where are you stuck?

We often get stuck in a routine of how we are living our lives or a work routine of processes and procedures.  Often the reason we don’t change is fear, we are scared to move from a position of comfort.  However often making that shift can lead to new experiences, fulfilment and success.

Write down your thoughts to the following:-

Articulate where you are stuck:-

  • Where do you feel a sense of obligation?
  • Where do you feel there is no choice?
  • What is frustrating you?
  • What are you putting up with?

What would you do if you weren’t afraid?

Complete the sentence below:-

“If I wasn’t afraid I would…”

Make a conscious effort to think about what you really want on a daily basis.
